New CocoaLab design, now running on Drupal
After years of php attacks against my DokuWiki installation, I have finally made the move to a database driven back end. After much experimentation, I've chosen Drupal, it's a very good fit with the needs of CocoaLab.
This means that I haven't had time to update the content as much recently, as I've spent a lot of time migrating all the existing articles to the new cms.
It also means that the previous rss feeds will go dead for the future. I'll keep the old wiki around for a few weeks, but it will have to be trashed as soon as I'm happy that all the old articles have made it over intact. Don't forget to update your subscriptions!
Thanks for all the donations, they have made this update feel seem lot more worthwhile. Hope you all enjoy the new look and feel. I'll be updating it as time goes on.

Hi, Alex:
Dateline is gorgeous. Nothing else like it out there. Any chance of an Intel-compatible or UB version, or has the project gone the way of the dinosaurs. I believe many people would pay gladly if it were resurrected. I know I would. Thanks. - Philip

Thanks for your kind words for the dear departed DateLine. I had no idea anyone actually used it!
Unfortunately, as DateLine was one of my very first programming projects, it is a baroque nightmare internally. I have broken some part of its overly convoluted clockwork and I can't get it to build. It seems it was written by a complete idiot =)
It always looked pretty though, and I would love to resurrect it. Preferably rewritten from scratch in a more sensible fashion.
I'll see if I can patch the broken code in the next few days and email you if I succeed.
Cheers
Alex
